In 1905, Albert Einstein sparked humanity’s curiosity when he discovered that matter and energy were interchangeable and interconnected by nature – that which is outside of us, is also within us.
The fact is, our physical body, energy and vibrational frequencies share the same substance. We exist as one universal energy – as bodies manifesting itself in numerous arrangements throughout the cosmos. When two frequencies come together, the lower one rises to meet the higher one – we call this the Principle of Resonance.
When you raise your vibrational frequency, you, as the living magnet, open the floodgates to abundance, happiness and to greater prosperity, attracting everything you desire into your life.
Getting into the vortex is a matter of emotional or vibrational change. We simply need to shift our emotional (and vibrational), state from lower to higher, for us to live the life of our dreams. I know, it is easier said than done, but in essence, we need to be more in touch with our Inner Being and embody an optimistic, empowered and positive relationship with ourselves, before we actually draw the same frequency and consequences into our life.
The word “vibration,” usually describes a certain mood or feeling. There are only two vibrations: positive and negative. A negative vibration is, in fact, the farthest place from the vortex; it’s the place where you don’t want to be.
The Law of Attraction responds to your vibration signal and brings you more of this vibration. That is the reason why the rich get richer, and why those who feel happy on a regular basis get more reasons to be happy. It is also why people who cherish and appreciate everything they already have magnetize more factors that deserve to be appreciated.
Being in the vortex is like sitting in the same room with God. All things become possible when you connect to Source. The easiest way to step into the vortex is to start being happy. First thing in the morning upon waking, is the best time to get into the vortex but if you went to sleep worrying about something, then chances are, you will wake up with the same feeling; so be sure you are in a good place before going to bed!
7 WAYS TO GET INTO THE VORTEX
1. MAKE YOUR HAPPINESS YOUR PRIORITY
Start with 68 seconds every morning upon waking, feel the magnificence of your being, focus on what it would feel like to have all you desire, of how great the outcome feels (not how you get there). That’s how you match your vibrational frequency to that of your desires…just get happy and focus on the good feelings.
2. TRAIN YOUR MIND TO STAY IN YOUR HIGH VIBRATIONAL STATE
Do it long enough and you will automatically train yourself to be there more often and you will be vibrationally attracted there in the future. An added benefit of getting happy is that you will naturally attract other happy people and situations to interact with.
3. STOP COMPLAINING
Every time you complain about your current reality and about how bad you feel because of your reality, you are responding to “what is.” Responding negatively to the things that are happening right now, the things you are not satisfied with, takes you out of the vortex zone and puts your focus on what you don’t want.
Think about what you want and not about what you don’t want. See the good in people and situations, and if you can’t see the good in them, don’t invest time in thoughts about what is bad. Avoid going in that direction.
Pray instead of criticizing (not necessarily religious prayers, but also spiritual); appreciate instead of grumbling; enjoy your experiences instead of pointing out to what’s wrong with them. Train yourself, every single day, to take steps and connect to the vortex.
4. BE GRATEFUL FOR EVERYTHING
Gratitude is the key attitude to success. Be grateful for all that you have and you will get more to be grateful for. Too many people tend to focus their mind on what they don’t have rather than being grateful for what they do have. Gratitude is the only prayer you need to receive abundance.
5. RESPOND TO YOUR IMAGINATION
Once you respond to your imagination or to the feeling you think you will have after achieving your goal, you match your frequency to the vibration you want to attract – this is called “vibrational match,” which then, takes you into a state of alignment with the Universe.
6. PRACTISE UNCONDITIONAL LOVE
Today, we have an incredible amount of expectation of one another. The idea of unconditional love seems to have fallen by the wayside, as more and more of us want love, but are ill-prepared to give or even receive it.
To love someone under any circumstance is a true test of unconditional loving, and although it may seem simple, it is probably one of the toughest attributes to possess. This kind of love requires an unconditional love of yourself first, so you can have the strength of heart and mind to give the same to another human being. This is where we fall down. Start making friends with yourself and get to know you before you embark on knowing anyone else.
7. STAY POSITIVE – YOU CANNOT ATTRACT SOMETHING POSITIVE INTO YOUR LIFE FROM A NEGATIVE PLACE
You cannot attract something positive out of a place of lack or absence. It just doesn’t work this way. The reason why the physical reality always provides you with evidence of lack is that you are stuck in a negative vibrational state. Distract your focus from responding negatively to your reality, where many things are absent, and start to react to your imagination.
START SMALL
+ Every day, practice entering the vortex. Take 17 seconds when you are tuning into a flow of energy by responding to your imagination and to wonderful experiences that manifested for you (even if they’re small).
+ Pay attention to your focus. If you’re not happy about your life at the moment, bring your focus to where you want to be. The law of attraction will react to that and will do everything to bring you to that spot.
For example, if you hate your job, find what’s good about it. Practicing that on a daily basis will instantly shift your vibration and get you out of the negative spiral you got yourself into.
+ Ask for what you want, state it clearly and in great detail. Provide the time frame and be specific with what you are asking for. Hold the thought long enough, that you are able to touch it and then surrender it to the Universe.
