Often, we get lost in the journey to ourselves, that we lose sight of the true mission of our calling. Everything around us becomes so fuzzy with delirium that we end up uprooting our faith, our beliefs and the whole purpose of our existence – thinking to ourselves that we had only conjured our every reality, just so that, we lead lives of integrity and authenticity until it all gets forsaken in the face of adversity such as the pandemic, where we discover our true selves and realise that in the name of so-called authenticity, we lived someone else’s dreams. We became what the world wanted us to be and forgot our way back to ourselves. I AM SORRY!
Often, we engage in self-destructive thinking that we demolish every ounce of ourselves in the need to blend in and be accepted. In the thick of the pandemic, we witness the loss of our friendships, our lack of planning, businesses going bust, the rich thriving while the middle-bracket income-earner barely manages a decent meal and we think to ourselves, ‘why me?’ PLEASE FORGIVE ME!
Often, we forget the silver lining that never fails to unveil the purpose of our suffering and that our blessings always, always outweighs our struggles, indicating to us, that we were not ‘chosen,’ to suffer but ‘have chosen,’ to prevail in our struggles no matter how hard the tough gets going. We are reminded through daily saving graces to keep the faith, to trust and to continue to be the lighthouses in the bleak of the unforgiving storm, to persevere for the calm is yet to come. I LOVE YOU!
Often, we only need to trust that everything that is happening is happening for our highest good, one way or another. That we may not understand how, what or why it is the way it is, for we can never understand the water we’re drowning in until we stop fighting the water and come to a state of flow – allowing the flow to give us a direction or a destination to arrive at. THANK YOU!
No matter where you are at in your life today, trust that this too shall pass and like with every challenge we had endured as a human race, we always overcame and will continue to for the greater good of our sacred planet.
To the many lives known and unknown, forsaken and compromised by Covid-19, the Palestinian war and the battles of the Selves:
I AM SORRY.
PLEASE FORGIVE ME.
I LOVE YOU.
THANK YOU.
