‘How could people treat us the way they do?’
Every moment of our lives is about mirroring our own personal conflicts that we attract to us, exactly what we are – the more unhappy we are, the more unhappiness we mirror, the more unhappiness we attract.We are after all, so much more than the physical body yet, we give predominance to that sole aspect of us assuming that we’ve got life buttoned up!
This requires for us to reinvent our thought patterns and to break away from the limitations that have been inculcated within us through our upbringing and the propagation in schools.
Practise more meditations and dive within getting to know who you truly are!! Meditate as medicine for the body, spirit and mind.
As the EMOTIONAL BODY, we attract the same frequencies of vibrations that are in alignment with what we feel. If we emanate fear, fear will follow us till we cease to be afraid. Fear of the unknown seems to be the stories of our lives when our biggest problem is understanding what the unknown is all about. Yet, we fear that which we cannot fathom and give it so much energy that it grips us from living freely.
Practise letting go the need to be on the driver’s seat and to be okay with being driven through a windy yet scenic landscape of the destination of your choice.
As the SPIRITUAL BODY, we long to find peace in our chaotic spaces of living; hence why we often desire a retreat, a holiday or a get-away from the hustle and the bustle just to get some clarity. Energetically, we are created equal to the vibrations of our sacred Earth making us feel the plight of nature or another Being as well as find the need to defend the ground we stand on. Intrinsically though, we desire to be happy and at peace with all of life as we were created happy cells that came into this sacred Earth needing to complete the purpose of our living (a topic for another day).
Practise retreating into the Self rather than physically going somewhere – this is where meditation or deep contemplation comes to our aid. Meditation is our birthright to turn off the external channels and cords that aggravate us at different frequencies.
Take deep, slow breaths and ease the need to be right all the time.
Our best bet for our best life yet is to allow, allow, allow that compassionate Being within us to take center-stage knowing that we’ve got full control of the narratives of our lives and only when we embrace that, can we attract what we vibrate!
