If you’ve been drifting spiritually, emotionally and mentally, don’t be so hard on yourself. Bear in mind, with Jupiter, Saturn, Pluto, and Neptune retrograde, things could feel as if you’ve reached the end of the road with the situations in your life but by that same reasoning, this stuck feeling should not be taken for granted.
When a planet retrogrades, it slows down, encouraging you to take stock of how far you have come with your life.
The lunar cycle resonates with the cycle of death and rebirth, just like the time a seed takes to germinate. A symbol of our inner world, Luna, sheds light on our innermost feelings and intuitive instincts. The new moon phase is a time to start again; the waxing crescent phase is a time to set intentions and to ponder on ways to take action and the full moon phase is for seeing the truth for yourself. This occurs when the moon sits directly opposite the sun which, in turn, creates a spiritual equilibrium between our inner and outer worlds. The sun is a symbol of our physical reality while the moon, our emotional world.
In the attempt to create balance, today’s full moon in Capricorn is overned by Father Time—the planet of boundaries, limits, responsibility, and structure—the essence of Capricorn provides us with a foundation that allows us to solidify our life’s purpose. Depicted by the constellation of a mythical goat¸—half-fish, half-goat to be exact—Capricorn’s archetype is a representation of our spiritual countenance – pragmatic, relentless and open to receive.
Be realistic with the goals you set for yourself and be kind to yourself, while creating the goals. Contemplate on whether you are fulfilled with the timeline you set for yourself or whether you are sure that you are doing it for your highest good and not, for making others happier than you.
Practise self-love and forgiveness and let go what serves you no more. Surrender your need to understand why things happen the way they do, and focus only on what raises your vibration.
