She comes to us when we reach the crossroads of our lives,
Dreading to face our own reflection in Her hypnotic gaze,
She draws, pulls and tugs at us in the spiral of our alchemy.
As we transfix our eyes on Her image,
She uncoils the serpent, representing Her wisdom, to touch us in our heart space,
Weaving Her sacred symbols of healing on every fibre of our Being,
Soothing and anointing the wounds of our daily battles.
‘Who is She? Why is She?’ are questions we ask ourselves to give logic to what eludes us.
She is the unmanifest Self,
Free from the illusion of our conditioned minds,
Free from the need to seek that validation that confines Her in a label or a name,
Intangible yet, Soul stirring,
Beautiful yet, enigmatic,
Powerful yet, tamed,
Consuming yet pure!
‘What is She? How is She?’
She is the Spirit Weaver,
Who compels us to see ourselves beyond what we physically see,
Who probes at our heartstrings even when we numb our senses to the external stimuli of our ever-so-forgiving world,
To unleashing our truest calling, our truest Self,
And discovering the language of our own authenticity…
Art by my daughter, Kriishante Narendra. May the Spirit Weaver bless the Soul of this child!
