Awakening The Divine Feminine

Vamana Dwadashi is the day when the earth gets maximum light from the Sun empowering illnesses and diseases that causes viruses – an entity that thrives in darkness. The only way to dispel darkness is to shed light onto it.

 

The numerological significance of today’s date and location in the astrological chart is the number 9:

 

– the 5th day of the 4th month = 5 + 4 = 9;

– 9th house;

– lamp/candle to be lit for 9 minutes.

 

Number 9 is the number of planet Mars, which has light and fire as its symbol. The 4th planet from the Sun, it is associated with action, courage, leadership and energy.

 

It is considered auspicious to offer light on this day because Rahu (the North Lunar Node and a shadow entity that causes eclipses and is the king of meteors), is in the 9th house at 11.30pm (Indian time 9.00pm).

 

Thus, by lighting oil or ghee lamps or candles during this time will help activate the qualities of the 9th house in our astrological charts, namely, courage, willpower and the endurance to fight illnesses or diseases.

 

Offer ghee or oil lamp or candle with red or yellow flowers, black sesame seed, vermilion powder, mustard oil and offer 108 japa to Lord Bhairav, an avatar of Lord Shiva, who subdues Rahu and set the intention to eradicate illnesses, diseases, adversaries and poverty from your body, from your home and from this planet.
